Extremely slow to respond to messages and get repairs done - maintenance issues raised in July upon moving in were only (partially) fixed in December. We told him about potential mice/rats in January and it took until us discovering them again in February for him to send pest control - and then a further several weeks to replace essential pipes the rats had destroyed. Issues with the smart meter meant we were being charged thousands per month but the landlord was reluctant to allow Octopus out to check it so the issue went unsolved for months.
